About Critical Mass Video

Critical Mass Video is a leading U.S. producer and distributor of erotic Japanese animation and Japanese live action films on home video. With a large catalog of hot hits such as Cool Devices, Imma Youjo, Mail Order Maiden, and the Vanilla Series, Critical Mass is known for its quality adult releases in a wide variety of genres. Critical Mass Video is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Right Stuf International, Inc., who have been publishing Japanese sourced programming since 1987.

If you have a problem with an order, or need to request a return authorization number, Right Stuf has an online form that you may use for your request. If you have another type of question, would like more information on an order you have placed, or would like to thank us - please use Right Stuf's general contact form instead. Ordering

We have a variety of payment methods, and 4 different ways to order:

Online
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Right Stuf's secure online store. We use a SSL3 (Secure Sockets Layer 3) to encrypt all sensitive data, such as credit card numbers. Immediately following the placement of your order, we delete any sensitive information. This insures that your information is as secure as possible. So please have your credit card ready when you order!

By Phone
To place an order by Phone, call 800.338.6827 during normal business hours (8am-5pm CST). Please have your credit card ready.

By Mail
If you are paying by mail, you can use a credit card, money orders, or domestic check. Please do not send cash. Mail your order form and payment to:

Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. For security reasons, if you choose to pay by credit card we may contact you for additional information. Sorry, we can't accept American Express Gift cards or Internet Credit Cards at this time.

If you are paying by mail, we also accept money orders and domestic checks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to: The Right Stuf International, Inc.. Checks require at least 18 days to clear while money orders are treated as cash. No international checks, please.

Sorry, we cannot process COD shipments at this time.

Shipping and Handling

While we ask for you to please allow 2-6 weeks for normal delivery, it will almost certainly be closer to 2 than 6 weeks, but we like to err on the side of caution.

We ship a lot of different ways.

Domestic Customers - the US, APO (AA, AE, AP), FPO, PR, GU and VI

Right Stuf's price saving Economy Shipping is regular USPS (mail). However, we also ship Standard with UPS Ground and Priority Mail. Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our standard shipping is limited to Priority Mail because UPS will not delivery to these locations. If you really want to have those new items as soon as possible, we can send your order Express for a few extra bucks. All Express shipments are shipped via UPS 2nd Day.

If you are a domestic customer (US) and order over $49, Economy shipping is free.

Express shipping means that, if you order by credit card and we’ve got the item in stock (even more likely now), you will receive it in very short order. If, however, it’s out of stock (either here or from the manufac turer), then you’ll have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method you choose. Express shipped items are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and typically arrive at least one week before standard shipments. Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our shipping is limited to Mail and Priority Mail (Economy and Standard Shipping options) because UPS will not deliver to these locations.

International Customers (Including Canada)

All international shipments will default to be shipped via FedEx Regular International Mail (please contact us for other available shipping options). However, Canadian shipments will be made through Deutsche Post.

Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees and customs duties are not included in Right Stuf's shipping price, and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products. Please check to make sure you are in compliance with all local laws if you are ordering an adult product(s). For first time international customers, for security purposes we require a copy of your a form of ID (can be drivers license, passport, etc) which shows your address along with a photocopy of BOTH sides of your credit card.

Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.

Please make sure that there is someone at the address we are shipping your product to who can sign for your package. If someone will not be available at your home, consider having the package shipped to your work address (include your company name). If your package is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping fee to resend it. For current rates, please see Right Stuf's Shipping and Handling Fees Page.

Return Policy

All of the products that we sell are new and factory sealed. If your tape, video disc, or other merchandise is defective due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will promptly exchange the product for another of the same title.

Unopened products can be exchanged for a store credit (credit card purchases will be credited back to the card, rather than issuing store credit) with our company for the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of the date on your purchase invoice.

You will need a return request form and then call us or use Right Stuf's online return authorization form to obtain a return authorization number. Additional return request forms (pdf file) can download and printed on your own computer. Please remember to include these with your return shipment.

Note: Products returned without necessary paperwork, without a return authorization number, or more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date, may be returned to the customer.

If your merchandise is not defective, but has been damaged during shipping:

For UPS Packages: You will need to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the incident. Although it is not necessary, it is also a good idea to call us and let us know that a problem has occurred during shipment and that UPS will be contacting us.

For US Postal Service (USPS): Please contact Right Stuf's customer service department at 1-800-338-6827.
